All inquiries, offers, and bookings are concluded under these terms and conditions.
Reservations:
Are only valid in writing – by email or post.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We offer travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur any unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, job loss, etc. If you are interested, please request information material or visit www.europaeische.at.
Means of payment:
Cash, EC card (A, D, NL) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Short stay surcharge:
For stays of up to 3 days, we charge a surcharge of 10% per person/night.
Arrival and departure:
CHECK-IN from 2:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT by 10:30 a.m.
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know by phone or email. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of no-show, the entire amount for the booked arrangement will be charged! In case of early departure or late arrival, the room rate for the respective booked days will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (= Austrian hotel contract conditions) apply. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the room rate (minus meals). The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Smoking/non-smoking rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Discount for children staying in their parents' room:
- Children up to 3 years: -100%
- Children from 3 to 6 years: -50%
- Children from 6 to 14 years: -30%
Internet connection/Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Wellness area:
Use of the sauna and steam bath from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is included in the price (except Saturdays, open every day).
Bathrobes are available on request at the reception.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Parking:
Free parking is available in the parking lounge in the center (approx. 4 minutes' walk from the hotel).
Breakfast:
Every day from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., we welcome you to our cozy breakfast room with a large selection of fresh products. Guests staying in our apartments are welcome to order an extra breakfast for an additional charge of €16.00.
Please note that breakfasts not taken cannot be refunded.
Apartments/final cleaning:
Included in the price. If the kitchen is very dirty, a final cleaning fee of €15.00 per person will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
